1. Overpriced. Less expensive at local hardware store. 2. Burrs on keys. I should not have to pay extra. 3. Also tried to have a mailbox key made, but it was not possible.
My work office moved to a new location and the landlord gave us 3 keys but we needed another for a lockbox for the IT and AV teams to do their work. It was quick and easy to use the vending machines to copy the key. We tested it and it worked completely fine. Convenient and easy, plus now if we ever need to make another one at the last minute, we can just login to the machine and produce one in a minute.
Purchased 4 keys. 3 of the same plus 1 other. None of them worked. Just took my money. Waiting to see if they give a refund for 4 defective items. That machine is not reliable, go to a proper key shop
