Service call and labor costs were not disclosed by call center prior to dispatching tech. Attempted to contact main number to discuss fees with manager and was disconnected three times. Main number attempted to state that all fees with the exception of the lock rekey fees were set by Tech. Tech arrived in personal vehicle without I'D and/or uniform. Did obtain a business card from tech upon request. Will not use nor recommend the company again.
