They sent out some bozo to get into my condo. Not sure he was even a locksmith. He showed up in a beat up van wearing crocks. Didn’t even attempt to pick the lock. Just very carelessly drilled away and pried at the deadbolt. His drill slipped off the deadbolt several times damaging our steel door. Our steel door is now also warped where he attempted to pry it off, and the new deadbolt will not mount flat due to the warped door. Our door is now damaged. Update: as of 11/17 I have reached out to Keyme per their comment on my review, to see if they will make this right. Time will tell. Original review from 11/15: Twice I used keyme - and twice the key didn’t work. I tried to get a refund on the first - they told me it as refunded - but nope - no refund on my credit card. The woman in the phone was adamant she saw it - but my credit card account says otherwise. I gave a different machine a chance yesterday - but nope, didn’t work. AVOID
Got 3 keys and none worked. Cost "only" $20. I do not recommend.
