Quick and easy
I really enjoyed using the kiosk. It was fast and convenient. However, when I bought the two keys, I thought the third one would’ve been selected automatically free of the same kind. It wasn’t until after the keys were cut, I realized that I had to select it. I went back and to make another order to see if I missed something. I saw that I had to actually select the 3rd key free of the same exact kind. I canceled my order. Then I was given a 33% off coupon immediately if I kept the order. Little bit disappointing.
