Kiosk was out of service and I didn’t get a full refund
3 keys were paid and two came out and the system was closed
My keys were not made. After waiting a long while as my first key was being “cut”, nothing happened. I restarted a second time, waiting again while the key was being “cut”. Then there was an error notification stating the machine was not equipped with the specific material needed for my key. That would have been nice to know prior to processing. I sure hope my refund did go through. I ended up going elsewhere without issues and half the price.
