This is a Petco, not a locksmith. The company has been having that review for 3 years as I can tell by the Google reviews history and all they do is reply with "Please contact us to resolve any issues". Please remove the location from the maps as it is not real.
This is a Petco. There's no key service at this address. It's a Petco. Not sure how anyone's getting keys made here when it is, again, a Petco.
Sent to a more local locksmith, fine I suppose. Took the guy an hour and a half, and charged me $250 for 30 seconds of opening the car door. Everyone was nice but they had poor communication and didn't tell me the price until he got here. Just call a local locksmith directly, you'll be way better off.
$168 to unlock a car door. They transferred to another locksmith for the work. The guys who showed up were very nice and got the door open in 2 min. Customer service is great if you have issues
It was a super fast process and very simple. In, pay the type of key you’d like, and you’re on your way.
