I did not get a call from the locksmith, and had to call KeyMe back to find out when they would be able to get to me. Was told someone would call, and STILL have not heard from them! AND, they charged my debit card!! I will never use them again, and will tell others not to use them either...

Called to ask about a rekey job and was hesitant when the person who picked up was in India. Gave him my address and to confirm he asked if I was in Jacksonville Florida. It was then that I hung up. I only called this # because it’s the weekend and the other companies are closed. I’ll wait til Monday and get someone local. BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY/NUMBER
