I walked to the key ATM machine ,inserted my metal house key in a slot.chose a type of optional key , payed using credit card, and with in 60seconds came out a duplicate key . I used it a home to find surprise it was working ,all was smooth ... if it doesnt work money back policy . But bit expensive side 11.5 usd per key... I loved the customer interaction ,journey ...
Kind of a mediocre company. I think I could have gotten a much better fix for my problem for cheaper just about anywhere else. Oh well, the only thing I can really do is leave a bad review and use it as a reminder to not be in this position again.
