Overpriced. Keys locked inside and they charged $120 to open the door. I’ve had this done on other vehicles for almost half the price. This was at 8am on a 2018 4Runner so not like it was after hours or on a complicated car.
I called to get a quote for unlocking my car. Was told $15 to go out and $35 for labor. I knew this seemed suspiciously low but I took the reviews and their word for it… he came out and told me he has no idea of the Prices the office has. He charged me $140. They lied. Bait and switch. Should’ve known.
