Process was quick and easy!
The key worked however it was way too expensive for just a single key. Makes me never want to lose another key again if it cost so much just to make a new one.
I called and found that they are just a kiosk in Bed Bath and Beyond! They are a national company that doesn't even have their own techs. They just sub out all of their work. Zero accountability. A call to these guys hurts local businesses and you would not be supporting a local company to grow and succeed.
