This locksmith quoted an extremely high price (almost $400) for a simple car unlock. When I refused, they tried to charge a $79 cancellation fee, which felt very misleading. They also insisted on cash payment or transferring money to a personal Zelle account, which is highly unprofessional and concerning. Be careful before calling them.

I called this company to open my apartment door and was given a price over the phone. I agreed based on that information. When the technician arrived and performed only the door opening — with no lock replacement, no parts, and no materials used — the amount charged was seven times higher than what I was originally told. $500 for a simple fix that cost me $90 two years prior with another technician. I feel taken advantage of. Also, the communication was very off - 5 different people called me 12 times plus messages to arrange it. Would highly advice against this company.
