I was very impressed with this company. I was given a quote over the phone. I received a text including the locksmith's name, photo, and ETA. Thomas was very friendly and when he arrived he opened our door in just a few seconds. I will definitely use them again should the need arise.
The process was easy, but I can’t see why it was so much cheaper (half price +free shipping!!) to have the keys shipped to me rather than just let me buy in the kiosk. And I had to wait for the shipment of course. I guess that’s the hook? “You can get them NOW, but you’re gonna pay TWICE the price”..... except, I found that when I cancelled the process, the screen suddenly came to life with a “don’t leave discount”, to encourage me to buy now. Great customer service from Andre and great service from the Locksmith, as well. Very courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company.
Thomas is the best! He can fix any lock issue. He is super quick and thorough. If you want the job done right and quick h’s the one to use.
