I was double charged for making one key and for some reason it’s being shipped ito me instead of getting the key from the kiosk

Just had the most terrible service af all time, the dude "Adam" was so rude and disrespectful, yelling because I didn't accept his price. HE tried to charge 600 dlls for an car key of a 2008 ford truck!!!. Never wanted to give me a quotation UNTILL he made the copy of it. The office told me that for come to check was 35 dlls and after the high price that he gave me told him no , was out of my budget he wanted 150 for nothing , just to show up.
