Javier was awesome was had a old troublesome lock and he fixed up all our keys to work via trial and error . No fuss

Key did not work
There was a problem with the key I had made, but the customer service resolved it in thirty seconds.
Called looking to make a copy of a key. I asked how much the person over the phone didn’t say. They said what’s the address. I responded what’s the price to make a copy. They responded I need to see the area to give you a price. Makes it seem like depending on where I live is the price they’ll charge. It should be a set price for a copy plus a service fee.
