Do not bother calling this service. They paired me with a locksmith yesterday who didn’t cover my area. Which have been minor, except for the fact that the locksmith service they paired me with set up an appointment they never honored, only to LIE about having tried to leave me a message, only to catch themselves in a lie when I followed up just now, finally admitting their service man wasn’t in the area. I’d give them a zero if it were possible…
I order 5 keys and they didn’t even work! Very disappointed
They helped me with my dilemma when my key wasn't cut exactly right by taking steps without me asking. Great customer care!
