Two keys worked well, my free key did not work.

Locksmith had to drill my lock because he said the pins on the knob were broken, which I don't understand how. My key was working perfectly fine right before. He was pounding a key in my door knob, I'm sure that's how they broke. He had to drill my lock and charge me to replace it. I'm upset I had to pay nearly $400 for this.
Great idea and very convenient to have a key made right in the grocery store. Although, I got 3 keys and none of them worked 😢
