I am very disappointed, I called KeyMe, they connected me with a 'local' locksmith. The 'local' locksmith charged me 409 dollars to open my mailbox since I lost the key. I have reached out to the company and they are not willing to help with my dispute claiming I was charged correctly. In addition the tech damaged the inside of my mailbox. To whoever is reading this at KeyMe customer service please ensure that the companies you are hiring are fair & just not a bunch of scammers.
Awful staff! They don’t know the meaning of “customer SERVICE”
First I was told that the technician would arrive in 30 mins, by which he arrived double that time, then he tells me it would be 20 mins, which turned out to be 2 1/2 hrs. To finalize the ordeal, he also told me he was unable to make a key for my ignition, and now I have to wait until tommorow to receive service
Fast and easy.
Got a new spare car key through their kiosk. Very quick delivery and key worked perfectly. Charged a fraction of what a car dealership would charge.
