Called to confirm arrival and the tech no showed, rescheduled for that evening, called to confirm and he no showed again. Operator would not call me back or fix the situation. Wasted an entire morning and night. Scheduled a 2nd tech for the next day was quoted $200-$300 for a programmed key fob, which he confirmed he would bring with him.
