Very rude hung up on me while asking questions about unlocking something.
They could not tell me the full price without "seeing the lock" first, so the whole "no hidden fees: we provide full price prior to booking" claim is false. And if I didn't like the price, I'd be charged a fee for them just looking at it and doing nothing. Will not be using them again.
