It was nice to have someone come immediately but $550 to fix one lock and make two keys for another one? We're shocked!!!! The website says "money back guarantee." And the company responded to my review to contact them about our concerns. We emailed the customer contact about our concerns, and we also told them that our Pella door was damaged by the technician. And we sent photos of the damage. They offered us $69.99. We said no and drove to the address of their business which turns out is a Safeway!!! Not a real business! W... read more
