They must have paid for 5 star reviews—there are no comments under them. Don’t use this service kiosk, as convenient as it seems, it will cause more hassle. I ordered 3 keys, the payment menu came up and didn’t accept my payment. I tried several times and it didn’t register. I should’ve walked away. I went back in the menu and then went back to the cart, then it accepted payment. It then asked if I wanted to pay $2 extra to have the keys smoothed out. I was locked out of my home. The technician from this KeyMe Locksmiths company came in to fix the lock by drilling the old lock and install a new lock for about 15-20 minutes job and gave me a surprised bill ($775) after the job done. I also asked for an estimate during our call; he said he had to see the type of lock and he will give an estimate before starting the job, but he never did. Operator is rude as heck. I only called to ask about pricing for key service and she pretty much hung up on me. Stick with the GOOD mom and pop shops.
