Quoted $85 then charged $175. Straight out lied about price until job was done. Do not work with these people.
Key doesn’t work at all
Each of the new keys work, but not if you put it all the way into the lock. You need to pull the key out a bit by just the right amount while trying to turn it.
Couldn’t get the key made at the big box hardware store, but found this KeyMe self-serve kiosk at BBB. The was unusual, so needed to be ordered. Got it all done in about 5 minutes, and the keys showed up in the mail a few days later. Best of all they worked perfectly!
We had an emergency situation where keys were locked in the car and the technician called me right away, bumped me to top priority and arrived in 10 minutes. Very kind and proficient.
