This is great, very easy and no hassle. Also they keep your key information on file in case you need another.
I enjoyed using this machine, easy, didn’t need to wait or ask for assistance. I haven’t tried the key yet but as far as the ease of using this key machine is wonderful!! 😊
We were locked out of our house and called KeyMe. We were told a wait of 20-30 minutes, but it ended up taking an hour. When the tech finally got here, he didn't even end up picking our lock. He just wedged it open, and now the door doesn't close or open correctly. We were charged $300 for the trouble. I feel like we were significantly overcharged and given poor service to boot.
