Machine was easy to use. Quality of the key made was terrible. Instead of making a Quality key. You have the machine offer a up charge to make a better key. Just make the key Quality in the beginning without the upcharge.. If your machine has the capabilities to provide a better key the machine should do it without an additional fee. There is no up charge at other key makers I have used.
My experience with the customer service line was HORRIBLE. I had a question about making a copy of RFID and both times (w 2 different reps) the rep hung up the phone on me. The first one, did not answer my question and gave different answer then hung up right away. The second time, I asked a question and the guy just said sorry and hung up… Never experienced the customer service like this before.
This literally only happens, once/20 years or so, but my roommates were out of town and I (homeowner) locked myself out of the house. I remembered that I had made some keys for previous roommates using KeyMe. Went to my local Safeway store, made myself a new key from one on file, and was back in business in under 30 min. Total cost < $10. AWESOME!
