I went to a kiosk to have one key made. I saw that if I had two made I got a third free and thought that would be terrific to have an extra set. Sadly when I got home one of the keys didn't work. I quickly contacted customer service and the next day was told that it would be refunded. So I went to the kiosk and got a new set and they work perfectly. I was so delighted with the prompt action!!. I'm still not sure why the first key didn't work but I was happy to see they made good on their guarantee.
The key was made perfect. Fits the lock perfectly and opened with ease
