Frustrating experience. Because the process is automated, I assumed a lower cost. Actually the price for an inexpensive house key is higher at KeyMe than at OSH or even a locksmith. Tip: I cancelled my order when I saw the high price. The KeyMe kiosk then offered my 30% discount. I also noticed "Buy 2 get 1 free". The discount and the 3/2 made it worthwhile. Unfortunately, the kiosk dispensed only got 2 keys :( The store where the kiosk is located (Rite Aid) has no control over the kiosk and cannot help the kiosk customer. T... read more
Would have been 5 stars but I failed with the first machine. The first machine told me that my key is a special cut so they had to mail the key to me. Not acceptable. I went to another place to try another machine again and it worked.
