We copied two different keys. It did not say the keys would not be available immediately. One set was, and that set worked. The other set was supposed to be mailed in 3-5 business days, and was mailed in 6. We had no idea that the key would not be ready right away and this was very frustrating. When those keys finally arrived, the two copies did not work. Just go to a locksmith. This is a headache
