I utilized Keyland Fine properties and specifically Jim Venezia for a short term home rental. Little to no attention paid to the rental home issues without constant follow up. There were ongoing issues with then pool and roof leakage at the time of move out and I wrote a letter to the homeowners to make them aware of what little care their home was receiving. I have been using Keyland to manage my rental property for 2 years now. I was initially quite pleased with their service. Over the last 6 months, I have had ongoing problems with Keyland. According to the contract, all rental money paid to Keyland is to be disbursed to the owner by the 14th of the month. Keyland continual makes these payments late, often not until the following month. Same experience as other reviewer. I have tried to use Keyland for several years. For the first few months they performed well. Then we began a litany of missed payments, slow payments, and finally, NO PAYMENTS to us for our rental property. Even their 1099 was inaccurate. All the while they promised to rectify the problems and consistently blamed the problems on SW and their accounting system.
