RecommendedKeyhole came out today and dealt with re-keying over 15 locks at our new home. Their employee was creative in finding a solution that fit our needs and cost us the least amount of money. He was kind and considerate and discussed his plan with me ahead of time. He then performed the work so efficiently that his presence was hardly noticed! Thank you!
Had been looking for keys for RV door and bins. Had been to 4 other key places in western Washington. Keyhole had the keys made in minutes👍. Appreciated the prompt good customer service and the keys work perfectly (we didn’t have RV with us at the time)
The key fob to my Honda fell apart last week... I was lucky to have found the chip to it. It was the only key I had for the car. With the help of duct tape, I managed to get to Keyhole Security. Not only did they make spare keys, but they fixed my old key too. All for a fraction of what the dealer would have charged me. The staff is five stars all the way. Keyhole Security is top-notch!!!
I've called numerous times trying to get help with the lock on our gun safe. When I do talk to someone I'm told I need to talk to someone else in their office. I've left messages and emails for this person, but have NEVER heard back from them. Talk about bad customer service. I have to find someone else now. I'm not wasting my time with this company ever again.
Five star service, as usual, for some lock repair and replacement. Visited the storefront on Monday to explain the issues, appointment scheduled for Tuesday. The craftsman was timely, responsive, clear in explanations. Office personnel friendly and thorough in identifying needs. All work professionally completed as desired.
Stopped in Wednesday to inquire about having a key cut for a VW; "No problem, $40 " I was told. Ok. I didn't have it with me so I stop back in 2 days later. They spent a half hour trying to refuse to cut a key for my car. They have the machine, it's a 90 second job yet the tech left the room for 15 minutes hoping I would leave. Complained many times about how simply cutting a key might ruin the machine. Bad attitude and basically rude. I'll pay the dealer $120 before I go back in there and get insulted again. Not worth it.
This morning I was driving home and an RV stalled in front of me ( he was trying to turn left) a guy got out and started pushing, so I decided to help, also a by stander jumped in too. We got it off the road. As I went back to get in my RUNNING car, it was locked �! Yikes! No phone,no purse.. no keys � lucky a man in a van let me use his phone to call a family member( one of the only numbers I could remember!).
