My experience has been less than ideal. I would not recommend.
I had a fixer-upper house that needed a ton of work. Out of curiosity, I called KeyGlee. Worked with Andy, who miraculously came through with a fair cash offer, which I accepted. 7 days later, I'm looking at a "Recorded!" email. *Whew!* Easy process. Very grateful to have that house off my back, and for Andy and KeyGlee's professionalism and communication. Will be calling them again in the future!
I will be posting legal documents for a judgement owed to me by Hunter Runyon and Keyglee. I will provide an updated review here if i have not heard back from his attorney. by June 6 2025. Full story coming
stay away from this company. They provided my realtor with false information regarding gaining access to a property they claimed was theirs but it wasn’t and my realtor got reprimanded by Supra for illegally accessing a property that KeyGlee homes told us they controlled. Avoid David Stern and KeyGlee
It was a great wonderful experience meeting great wholesome people, loving and kind.
