Monday my car was dead... no lights, no electric unlock... NOTHING. Only 20 months old and I could not believe battery died already. Still under warranty so I brought it to Keyes (after jump start from AAA). The team couldn't find anything wrong with battery after several hours. Of course, I thought battery should have been replaced, but Mr. Sanchez assured me things are fine and if it should happen again, it will be taken care of.
Bo was my service rep and she cared far more about me than just my vehicle. I will always request her from this point on. A very lovely young lady.
I visited Keyes Toyota to look at a specific vehicle I was seriously interested in. Sales representative “LEW HILL” greeted us, and I told him this was the exact car I wanted to test drive before making my final decision. I also had another option at a different dealership and needed to compare both by driving them. Unfortunately, Lew refused to allow a test drive unless I agreed to purchase the car that same day.
