The service writer was professional and courteous. The estimated maximum wait time to perform the requested work was off by over one hour. The time stated was 2 hours and actual time was unfortunately, 3+ hours. Other than this error, I would still suggest taking your vehicle there.
David Parada has been an excellent service advisor. He always makes us feel comfortable, and we fully trust him with our vehicles, which we rely on every day. He truly makes us feel right at home at Keyes Toyota.

Hands down the best dealership in the valley! Sales Rep Jose Bran made our experience getting my first car the best by being so knowledgeable on the products, listening to what we wanted and by being honest but not pushy. We had bad experiences at 3 other Toyota dealerships in the valley and just as we were about to give up we happened to call and just the tone in the front desk lady's voice and demeanor brought us in!
