I gotta hand it to these guys. I had a bad experience picking up my car a few weeks ago and being told my battery was dead from sitting there too long. No offer to replace or help. So I wrote a review describing what happened, and was pleasantly surprised when the manager reached out wanting to make things right. He fully refunded the cost of my new battery and installation fee from Pep Boys. Not a lot of big companies like Keyes go out of their way like this. When they do, it definitely builds loyalty.
I’ve had a really frustrating experience with this dealership’s service department. I’ve been trying for several days to get a simple quote to repair my car, and it’s been nearly impossible to get a clear answer. Every time I call, I’m told they’re busy or that someone will call me back, but I rarely get a follow-up. Emilio made my car-buying experience smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. He was patient, transparent, and especially kind to my mom, speaking with her in Spanish and making her feel comfortable throughout the process. That truly meant a lot to us. Wolfgang in finance was also fantastic — very knowledgeable, professional, and clear when explaining everything. The whole team made us feel at ease and confident in our decision. I’m very happy with my 2017 Camry and grateful for such a positive experience. Highly recommend!
Never buy a car from here. They are full of lies starting with Jasmine. They will do anything to sell you a car they care about your $ not you. Run away. They wont provide you print copies of your contract. Nimcy my sales rep was unprofessional. Once they sell you a car , you wont heard from them. Not even a follow up. Im waiting for the survey . Worse dealer ever.
