I am the landlord and use Keyes as my property manager. I'm really the fool here. After the first 6 months, they've been pretty horrible at resolving issues or even meeting their obligations. You're supposed to get pictures quarterly. I haven't gotten a picture of my house in almost 6 years. The fact that I've put up with this is on me. The renter calls me directly now because Keyes simply doesn't respond to anything anymore.
