RecommendedI have been seeing Josh for a few years for various problems. I have seen other chiropractors but no one as knowledgeable as Josh. He is not interested in just adjusting you multiple times. He is interested in helping you help yourself and he will educate you and advise what you can do between appointments. I highly recommend him to you!
Josh has a vast bank of knowledge about the body structures and uses a multiple fasicited approach to healing pain and spinal manipulation (area specific stretching, major fascia release, range of motion exercises), which lets his adjustments set deeper and stay longer. I have been seeing Josh when in town for the past 4 years for shoulder, neck and back pain, headaches and arm numbness associated with my profession, as well as ankle injury issues. Truly the best experience I’ve ever had with a chiropractor! Josh is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have been suffering for about a month with really bad neck pain and stiffness and I was seen today and man, what a difference! I feel great and have full range of motion again. Would highly recommend Josh!
