I bought a 2024 Lexus TX from Keyes Lexus in May 2025. The sales experience was pleasant but what really went wrong is after the sales. As per every sale, at the end, the sales person would tell you the registration tags and license plates will come in the next 8 weeks. I gave it it 12 weeks and noticed my plates never came. After reaching out in July 2025, I was put in contact with Christian Zeon, the finance manager. He was kind and tried his best to help.
