Customer service is great! I brought my car in for an issue with my car alarm (it was very sensitive and kept going off). Within an hour, they found the faulty wire issue and had me on my way fast! Best of all, they didn't charge me.

Every time I show up I am treated like a prince. The service staff (Mike and Anthony) are cool as hell. They are patient with you and really do try and help you as much as they can. I've never had a problem with any service they've done. I love their complimentary car wash service. They've also done me tons of huge favors despite having my 370z's warranty voided by a bad AAA tech.
