I called this dealers service department last week to schedule a recall appointment for today and also I asked for the cost of oil change which the lady told me it would be around 50-60$ and just to making sure I asked what it would be after tax which she told me she didn’t have the price after tax Anyway I thought it would be ok even after tax. I had the best experience at Hyundai. I went with Ruben Chichil , I had the best experience very fast and knowledgeable experience. He will fight for an amazing car deal and give excellent advice also Nora Gonzalez was such a delightful person and very helpful.
Returned our lease in February and the dealership failed to report this to the financing bank but made a lump payment towards the loan so that we would not get any payment requests for several months. The pre-payment ran out and the bank called to inform us that they are going to repossess a car that we haven’t even had for about a year. Have made several attempts over the last six weeks to reach someone at the dealership and each time we get someone they tell us they’ll call us back.
