Terrible service department. We leased a vehicle with them and will never do so again, or go there for service. Today, we had a service reservation with a loaner. Service advisor Haig stated that they have no loaners. I had taken 2 hours off work for the appointment. Meanwhile, other customers were getting their loaners. The service department has a horrible service. They are not responding, there is never any manager available to assist, they take forever to respond and they still don’t follow up and don’t get back to you. I definitely don’t recommend this place.
Service Department I would give minus 1000 stars. Every time i took the car in car came with damages.
We’ve purchased 3 cars from this dealership, but after this experience we will never buy from them again. Their service employee Edward was completely unreachable for days — I had to chase him down just to get a basic update on my vehicle. It took multiple phone calls with different people just to get them to send a Lyft so I could pick up my car. I get the bad reviews here and sounds accurate on some sales person for sure but I was just here today and I have to stand corrected the service we got was smooth and amazing, Jacob and Daniel were accommodating and friendly, most importantly on point and not pushy or desperate at all. I can't speak for the others but these 2 I recommend!
