Service shop I bought a 2008 charger this past July from Keyes Chevrolet in Menominie. I have had the charger in their service shop at least 5 times. Every time I got my car back it was not fixed and something else would go wrong! Horrible service shop never thoroughly finished maintence on my car. Even after I brought my car to a certified mechanic and had a report written out what was wrong with the car, all safety features they still would fix the car to get by.
Great customer service I ALWAYS get my oil changed at Keyes Chevrolet for several reasons...1) It costs $9.99 2) The customer service is wonderful- they check over the vehicle and have been extremely honest 3) They have a beautiful waiting room with a kid's toy area 4) No one has ever pressured me to buy a vehicle when I come for an oil change. Keyes can not be beat!
Good Customer Service We were treated exceptionally at Keyes. We got a great deal on a used vehicle from them. They took the time to help us find just the right family vehicle and we are very pleased. We would go there again if we are in need of another great deal!
