We have worked with Betsy and Tracy for almost five years. Keyed IN manages a long term rental house of ours and they have always done a great job, and communicated well with both ourselves and the tenants. Since Julie took over Keyed IN and the management of our property approximately two years ago, we have experienced the same great service and communication regarding the property and tenants. I renew my recommendation for Keyed IN with no hesitation.
I wish I could add video. I multiple times “prefix” of knowing the basement was “damp” I lived on this property for 3 years. Was given a dehumidifier. The house was rotting from the basement up. I was sued. All I wanted to do was move. Their new property manager should be ashamed. The homeowner is clueless. If I could give a -0 review I would. The basement.
