This is by far the worst bank if you're traveling internationally. The app is terrible, often it simply wont open. Best thing to do with KeyBank is to AVOID.
Worst bank ever. I have no restrictions on my account... Today I cant use any of my cards because they say their system is randomly messed up so I cant use my own money. They have very low limits on how I'm allowed to transfer my own money to other accounts. I'd rather cash my business check instead of trusting them with anymore money but they refuse to cash it same day. This was my first time visiting a Key Bank branch. The customer service Hayden (I hope I remembered the correct name) showed was exemplary. He clearly articulated responses to my inquiries. When he didn’t know the answer, he knew how to find it. He kept me updated every step of the way, until my visit was completed. Thank you!
