Zero respect or communication from management. I will be closing my account. I am beyond upset with how I have been treated by this branch. I deposited a check on Tuesday and was hit with an unnecessary hold for almost TWO WEEKS. I called and left multiple messages one with Maddie specifically for the branch manager and again on voicemail because they didn’t take my call, just wanting a brief conversation to discuss it. This isn’t my bank, but I had a check that someone wrote me through this bank and they refused to cash it for me because my bank wouldn’t allow it either. I tried to open an account and they wouldn’t let me due to “checks systems” flagging my account over something that happened a long time ago. and the woman working was extremely rude and judgy to me about it too, and was totally apathetic about the whole thing. Yikes. Please hire people with better people skills because that was just so uncomfortable for me
