This isn’t my bank, but I had a check that someone wrote me through this bank and they refused to cash it for me because my bank wouldn’t allow it either. I tried to open an account and they wouldn’t let me due to “checks systems” flagging my account over something that happened a long time ago. and the woman working was extremely rude and judgy to me about it too, and was totally apathetic about the whole thing. Yikes. Please hire people with better people skills because that was just so uncomfortable for me

I started a checking account here last year the representative said I would be getting a new account promotion. That never came went in several times till they finally told me I wasn't eligible for the promotion. They were rude about the situation especially the rep who helped me she flat out called me a liar. Also had a life insurance check sent here for my young daughter every time I went in to followup on it I was told they would call me back which they never did.
