Melanie Ortiz is the best! She was so so so incredibly helpful
I started a checking account here last year the representative said I would be getting a new account promotion. That never came went in several times till they finally told me I wasn't eligible for the promotion. They were rude about the situation especially the rep who helped me she flat out called me a liar. Also had a life insurance check sent here for my young daughter every time I went in to followup on it I was told they would call me back which they never did. First time here and definitely my last. Came in to open a checking account, left feeling like I’d been scolded for existing. Manager Melanie Ortiz’s rude attitude was enough to make me walk right out. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
