On 2/6/26 I deposited my paycheck through the drive through teller. All seemed normal until I arrived home I noticed the check was deposited into the wrong account causing my account to be overdrawn. The branch was closed by the time I noticed the mistake. I had to drive to the branch about 30 minutes. Amy and the other banker helped me quickly resolve this issue and they had my money in my account in minutes and credited the overdraft fee. While the mistake was aggravating it happens but the issue was resolved.
Terrible branch. The manager is clueless and completely incompetent — gave wrong info, made the situation worse, and wasted my time. Staff are unhelpful, and no one takes responsibility. Avoid this place.
Terrible service. Ashlin Chandler should not be working at a bank. And, her supervisor Amy should be fired for not stopping and correcting her clerk. I feel sorry for thr customers at this branch.
