I went at the Beechmont ave loacation my son to cash a small check for him.The young lady/teller was not friendly at all/rude. She was not profesional at all 1/14/2026
Very poor service here. Staff member was a young man with brown hair and glasses that assured me he would submit a ticket to this manager and follow up with me, in person. He never did. Drove back 2 days later and spoke face to face with branch manager, another young lady with brown hair who was the branch manager. She never ever submit my ti ticket to escalate my account. Overall seems like a group of kids running a bank with poor customer service and no real sense of urgency. not banking at this location
