Booked a 9:30am appointment online to open a business checking account and showed up right at opening. The teller seemed confused and told me to sit and wait for the only banker available, who was not the person I had scheduled with. I was having issues with my account and could not access it, I went in to resolve the issue and the network was down. Banker Nith Vinavong took down all my information including name, social, license number, etc and said she’d handle the issue with my account. I tried to follow up a few times and left a voicemail just asking for some kind of acknowledgement my issue was being looked into as I was locked out for a couple days.
