Once again the ATM was down. It is down more than it is up and the employees told me multiple times, the manager could care less. If she won't replace the machine after 100's of complaints, maybe somebody else should be doing the job that actually cares about the customers. Ridiculous.
Kim made my visit a really great experience. Even though it was close to closing time, she was friendly, upbeat, and genuinely engaging. She was funny and easy to talk to, and the conversation felt natural. Not forced or overbearing at all. It’s not often you leave a bank interaction feeling this positive, but Kim really stood out. I truly appreciated her help!
