I got a debit card and a teen account with keybank and one of the employees said if i received $1000 in direct deposit in 60 days i would receive a 300 dollar bonus. It has been 4 months since i have reached this achievement and after months of asking i have not received anything. horrible customer service.
They answer my questions and then some. I had an issue needed to be resolved quickly of which the bank manager did without delay. Whenever I enter Simon is right there to ask what he can do to help. He's professional and patient to answer questions and resolve issues.
