I opened an account online over three weeks ago. It took 7 days longer than they told me it would to get my card. Once I got my card, activated it and downloaded the app I should’ve been good to go and access my finds right? Wrong. I’ve visited the branch to prove my address and that should’ve been enough right? Wrong. Can’t deposit, can’t withdraw my funds even with my card, multiple forms of I’d and proof of address. Called them and said they cleared up the issue and they didn’t.
