Aticur , one of the Managers of the Penn ave Branch, spent a great deal of his time with me in the last two days. He was helping me secure my new bank card that appears to be lost in the US Mail. "I've had the worst experience with Key Bank! Last year, they froze my account due to 'suspicious transactions' related to my Coinbase account. Despite promises to resolve the issue in 10-15 days, it took an unacceptable 45 days to unfreeze my account. When I met with banker Chris, he even suggested I stop sending money to Coinbase, as if he had control over my funds!
