The teller took my deposit, place deposit in my account and then told me that she could not deposit the money unless I showed her some form of ID. I told her I didn't have any ID on me, told me to come into the bank. I told her I'm a disabled vet and cannot walk into the bank, see"that was the reason for my drive through deposit". She rescinded my deposit and I drove off. Total confusion
Aticur , one of the Managers of the Penn ave Branch, spent a great deal of his time with me in the last two days. He was helping me secure my new bank card that appears to be lost in the US Mail. "I've had the worst experience with Key Bank! Last year, they froze my account due to 'suspicious transactions' related to my Coinbase account. Despite promises to resolve the issue in 10-15 days, it took an unacceptable 45 days to unfreeze my account. When I met with banker Chris, he even suggested I stop sending money to Coinbase, as if he had control over my funds! Here i am driving down the main drag of Penn ave with rumbles in my stomach. From the distance i see the outline of a red roof line, a Wendy’s! Sadly this isn’t a Wendy’s looks like one though
