Filed a dispute for a fraudulent charge and was told we would get the money back....got a new card and my claim was denied and I ain’t getting my money back. Crappy time considering the circumstances
Key Bank has been giving me the runaround for over 2 weeks they deducted money out of my account and were instructed to send it to an agency they have not done that yet and they have been lying to me for over 2 weeks I had to get the agency involved the state of Washington so this is really awful I do not recommend KeyBank
