Seeking a local bank, let's just say they were not up to the cut. Poor Service, Poor workers attitudes. Bad Environment altogether. Left walked out.

You should hire more educated people and improve customer service
Worst Customer Service Branch. I went there to open an account on 03/07. They asked me to wait. After waiting for 15 minutes, they told that they have appointments scheduled so could not give time now. If they know that they are busy, why they do not tell immediately rather than letting customer wait for 15 minutes?? Keybank is awesome..
