They FROZE my accounts and left me and my elderly mother without food shelter or transportation on a trip to California. They don't work weekends and wouldn't tell me why they took everything offline. They positively screwed me! We trusted them with all our resources. NEVER bank with these people!
I have used Key bank for years.
Key Bank locked my online access, because I entered the wrong password (it was close but there was probably a typo) ONE TIME. I couldn't unlock it because, even though I gave them my cell phone number when I set up the accounts, they only had my old landline number which I disconnected in February. I had to go into the branch, which I did and my cell phone was allegedly added to my account. My online access was still locked so I called and was told it could take 24 hours to update.
